Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire is the fourth book
in the continuing story of Harry Potter and his adventures while at Hogwarts School of
Witchcraft and Wizardry. ...The Goblet of Fire is an entrancing book that gives
us a deeper view into the magical world of Harry Potter and helps answer some question
while bringing new ones to light. This year, they are re-instating the Triwizard
Tournament, a competition held between Hogwarts and two other wizardry schools. There is
to be one Champion to represent each school in the tournament but this time, the Goblet of
Fire has named a fourth person to compete; none other than Harry Potter. This news almost
pales in comparison to the fact that at the World Quidditch Cup earlier that summer, the
Dark Mark, the sign of Voldemort, had appeared in the sky. Who was trying to help
Voldemort in his quest to not only get a real, physical body of his own again but to help
him to regain his power and pose a real threat to the magical world of witches and
wizards? Did this have anything to do with the fact that Harry was to chosen to compete in
the Triwizard Tournament? Along with pondering the answer to those questions, there is a
more immediate problem that Harry has to worry about: How is he going to win the Triwizard
Tournament much less even survive it?
